Back to School Sale Items Needed

During the back-to-school months of July & August, many retailers have BACK TO SCHOOL SALES that offer items that are used in our Bags of Smiles, Coping Kits and Craft Kits at bargain prices.

Items can be purchased in person at the stores or ordered online. We don’t have a preference where you make your purchase. Shop where you feel comfortable. If you choose to order online, opt to have your items shipped directly to Caitlin’s Smiles at 3303 North Sixth Street, Harrisburg, PA 17110. When ordering online, make sure there is something in the package saying that it was sent by you, or if that isn’t an option then email us to let us know it’s coming – frontdesk.CaitlinsSmiles@comcast.net

Below is a list of items that we use that are usually offered at lowered prices during the Back to School Sales:

  • Single Subject Spiral Notebooks are the biggest need right now.
  • Composition Books
  • Crayons
  • Markers 
  • Colored Pencils

  • Pens

Craft Supply Drive

Have a craft drive at your school, workplace, place of worship, or other location for Caitlin’s Smiles. You can collect one or two items, such as Play-Doh® and coloring books, or use our wish list to collect a variety of craft items. All items must be new and in original packaging. Special occasion donations

Turn your special occasion (birthday, anniversary, wedding, graduation, etc.) into one that spreads smiles to hospitalized children. Ask your loved ones to donate an item from our Our Top Ten Wish List instead of gifting you.
