Off-site bidders have these options to pick up their items:
- Stop by the Caitlin’s Smiles office between 10 am – 4 pm on Oct 8 through Oct 10.
- If the above times do not work, email office.caitlinssmiles@comcast.net or call 717-412-4759 to make other arrangements.
- If you need your items shipped to you, we can arrange that. Bidders who need their items shipped, will need to email their request to Office.CaitlinsSmiles@Comcast.Net. Bidders will be charged actual price for shipping through the bidding website. The shipping charge will not show up in your account until we pack your items and know the actual charge 2-3 days after the event. The shipping charge will be processed on silent auction website and the recipient will be notified with the amount and any shipping information. Please contact us with any questions.
PLEASE NOTE, Winning bidders must retrieve their items within 1 month of the auction closing – November 6. Items not claimed by November 6th will be considered donated back to Caitlin’s Smiles – unless winning bidder has made arrangements otherwise. Refunds will not be issued for items due to the item not being picked up by the bidder.
