RACC will host the second annual RACCy Olympics on Friday, April 27 on the Yocum Library lawn. The event benefits Caitlin’s Smiles, which is a non-profit organization that supports seriously ill children in area hospitals by delivering bags of smiles.
The RACCy Olympics is an afternoon filled with crazy and unique games where teams of students and staff compete for an overall title. The teams also battle with fundraising challenges throughout the year.
Some of this year’s fundraisers include selling coupon books, a student parking space raffle and a roller skating party. Faculty and staff are also supporting the cause with Dress Down Days.
After raising more than $17,000 last year, RACC has its sights set on a new goal of $18,000.
