You can help from home with our projects that are given to pediatric hospital patients. Volunteers can assemble craft kits off-site at places like homes, clubs, schools, churches, or other locations.

Please keep track of the time you spend volunteering on our Volunteer Timesheet. Include an InKind donation form with your assembled kits. Both of those forms can be found at the link above. On the InKind form, you should include your contact information and the cost of supplies. Caitlin’s Smiles does not provide or reimburse for supplies. Donors who include this information will be sent a letter of receipt for their donations. Be sure to include both forms when turning your project in at Caitlin’s Smiles.
