Despite some wintry weather, Caitlin's Smiles Martin Luther King Day of Service welcomed volunteers to help send smiles to children in medical facilities. In addition, local television stations FOX43 and CBS21 covered the Day of Service Volunteer Sessions for their news programs.

Caitlin’s Smiles will host the annual Have A Heart Volunteer Day on Saturday, February 5, 2022, at New Hope Church, 584 Colonial Club Drive, Harrisburg, PA 17112. After holding the event virtually in 2021, we are welcoming volunteers to join us 'in person' to send smiles to hospitalized kids. All volunteers must register.

Generous donors take time during the holiday season each year to support charities that help those in need. Caitlin's Smiles appreciates donations that are donated towards continuing our arts & crafts outreach to children in medical facilities.

The  Holiday Open House is back to being an in-person event this year, however, it will be a little different than in past years. Instead of having one big celebration on one night, the event will be broken into smaller volunteering sessions spread out over three days. Food will be limited to packaged treats. Guest are asked to bring a donation of a jigsaw puzzle (under 100 pieces), a Coloring Book for any age, or a Puzzle Book (Crossword, Word Search, Mad Lib).
